How else do we use pigments - glitters in our makeup?
EYELINER : Wet an eyeliner brush and take a small amount of pigments - glitter. With the brush, apply it over the black eyeliner line and give a uniquely impressive metallic effect. The ideal brush for this technique is EYELINER BRUSH No.206.
FOILING : This technique makes the shadow look like molten metal. You should wet your brush lightly and pick up a small amount of pigment glitter with it.
